Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my wife and two kids a dozen berries 2 weeks before Valentines Day. As an afterthought, had a dozen delived to my mother 2 days before Valentines Day. My mother received her order, my wife and kids got zilch. Only an email saying their order would be delayed by a day, a special day where timeliness is expected. Called and complaimed, they said they would take the money off the shipping, I feel like the couple in Fargo, getting told they would knock money off the TruCoat. I then said "you will refund the entire amount." They need a disclaimer saying that no matter how special the day is, you still may not get your item. 128cec4

The stawberries are consistently big, sweet and juicy, the chocolate covered cherries were amazing and the cheesecakes are to die for. I would much rather get and send Sherrie's Berries over flowers any day of the week, and it will be about half the cost. |
